This policy explains how Vernell Smith (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit vernellsmith.shop or buy from us. We sell physical apparel to customers in the United States.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to complete the sale, handle returns, and meet US tax and accounting rules. Support emails are kept long enough to resolve your request.
