Processing time
Orders placed on a business day are packed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day.
Delivery time
After the carrier picks up the package, delivery inside the United States usually takes 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, and an incomplete address can add time. You will receive a tracking number by email when the label is created.

- Flat rate: $5.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more, before tax.

Where we ship
We ship to the 50 US states. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States. If you enter an address we cannot serve, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package delivered to the address you provided. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and the carrier, then email us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will help open a trace.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the estimated delivery window has passed by 7 days with no delivery scan, email [email protected] with your order number. We will contact the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship the order or refund you, including shipping.
